I had a very nice double queen room. The room was spotlessly clean. I slept really well . The front desk gentleman was polite and answered all my questions.
i found beds not that comfortable. The hotel used down pillows, so they flattened easily. The virtual cards, I use for security, were not accepted here. it was the ONLY place during my entire trip.

i found the beds comfortable! the tile work in the bathroom looked gorgeous i also liked that the room was clean upon arrival. security was quick to help when my car was hit in the parking lot they used surveillance cameras to find the person. they got contact information and insurance details for me.
i noticed a slight smoke smell when i first entered the building this was a minor issue.

I stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the experience. The pool area was well-kept and offered a relaxing spot. I also found convenient restaurants onsite. The location was very close to key attractions, which saved travel time.
The wifi required frequent log-ins, and it became inconvenient . I had to re-enter my credentials repeatedly when trying to check my email or browse the internet.

The staff was helpful. Housekeeping responded promptly when I requested extra towels. Valet parking was efficient, allowing quick access to my car. I felt supported.

the room was quite clean. the restaurant choices were good too. i dined twice and the meals were good.
the entire place smells like an ashtray. there was no toilet paper in the public bathroom in the gym. restaurants were overpriced and poorly rated.
